We wanted to try our hand at a little philanthropy via Peacock Tres Chic this year. Yes, personally we help out with such charity funds whenever we can. We're a couple of young adults living below the porverty level ourselves, but whatever we can spare we are more than happy to.
So here's the deal. For every purchase made from Peacock Tres Chic between NOW and 12-24-09 we will set aside $2 from each of those purchases to go buy a toy or two (or 3, or 10, or 20! heck if we sell enough to buy 20 toys we'll make it double).
_{Des and I are still trying to find a way, however, to guarantee you that we did indeed donate.
We know we can take pics for proof, but we're looking for some solid evidence for those of you who may be more difficult to convince, like some kind of confirmation through the charity itself. We plan on showing you proof, one way or another, that you helped in making a child's holiday a happy one.
